This office building located in Bedminster, NJ went through a complete renovation inside and out. Since it is located within the historic district of Bedminster, all efforts were made to ensure conformance with the local regulations to maintain the character within the historic village. Traditional landscape materials were used throughout the site to conform to the historic nature of the area.
Through the renovation process, the lower-level office space was expanded by creating an outdoor space to the rear of the building with private access as well as access to the existing parking. This created a separate garden entrance to the office making it a unique and desirable space within the building. The garden also improved views from within as well add a desirable place for dining alfresco.
