Camp Jotoni is a summer camp operated by the Somerset County ARC for special needs adults and children. The camp’s overwhelming popularity warranted the need to update its facilities. Plans included new cabins for campers with updated facilities and better accessibility and a new dining hall and meeting rooms. The pool is proposed to be relocated from its remote location close to the main facilities to improve access for all the campers. The entire site was also evaluated for accessibility to improve the camper’s experience as much of the site as possible. All of the new building structures will be located around a central green space for open activities and as an exterior gathering space.
