The project was built on the site of an abandoned textile factory. The factory was demolished and replaced with multi-unit housing which is within walking distance of a train line into NYC. The majority of the onsite parking was located below ground with a rooftop garden above. A communal pool was located adjacent to the roof garden, but outside the footprint of the parking below.
